There is no escaping exercise. If you are, you are probably depressed. My suggestion: We ALL get angry. CHANNEL THE ANGER. Go for a long hard walk, jog, or run if you can. Channel that energy into a productive weight loss and good heart health goal. I guarantee when you return from your “exercise escape” you will feel more balanced, less angry and better able to manage the ups and downs of the present moment. Plus you might even feel sexy!
